About The Book
SCRUMPTIOUS DETECTIVES
Secrets of Sweetwater Grove
Sweetwater Grove unfolds in a quaint town where the everyday delights of life are abruptly shattered by a shocking tragedy. The story follows Hailey, a passionate baker, and her sister Jessaca, a meticulous bookstore owner, as they navigate the darkening landscape of their seemingly idyllic community after the sudden death of Mayor Bennett, who was found dead just hours after visiting Hailey’s bakery.
As the sisters grapple with the mayor’s mysterious demise, they uncover a web of secrets tied to the town’s founding families and a series of cryptic letters that lead them to believe there is a deeper conspiracy at play. With the haunting phrase “Beneath the flour, where memories sleep,” they are compelled to search Hailey’s bakery, uncovering a concealed compartment that reveals letters, a legacy connected to the founding families, and hints at a hidden network of tunnels beneath the town.

SHADOWS OF SWEETWATER GROVE
Some Secrets Refuse to Stay Buried
Sweetwater Grove should be settling down after Mayor Bennett’s murder. Instead, Jess Scrumptious senses that something is terribly wrong. Strange phone calls, threatening notes, construction near the old fountain, and a disturbing discovery beneath the soil lead Jess, Hailey, Jeff, and Hunter toward a mystery much older than they imagined.
Shadows of Sweetwater Grove blends suspense, friendship, family secrets, and small-town intrigue into a mystery where uncovering the truth may be more dangerous than leaving it buried.

Gerald Fitch made his living uncovering secrets and blackmailing people desperate to keep them buried. Now he is dead in Clara Whitford’s bookshop, and her letter opener is lying beside his body.
Clara believed her painful divorce and the mistakes surrounding it were finally behind her. But Gerald Fitch knew the truth about her past, and he had been using it to control her. When Clara discovers the ruthless blackmailer murdered beside the rare-book cabinet at Whitford Books, her sanctuary becomes a crime scene-and she becomes the most obvious suspect.
